Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: January 2025
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the FlightStratix platform and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any breach of this AUP, without prior notice and without liability to you.
1. General Conduct
You must use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these rules. You are responsible for ensuring that all Authorised Users under your Account also comply with this AUP. You accept full responsibility for any use of the Service under your Account.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Service to do any of the following:
- Illegal activity. Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law, including fraud, money laundering, bribery, or any activity that violates aviation regulations or safety standards.
- Unauthorised access. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, our systems, networks, or any third-party systems connected to the Service. This includes hacking, password mining, or any other means of circumventing access controls.
- Reverse engineering. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or trade secrets of the Service.
- Malicious code. Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, adware, or any other harmful or malicious code.
- Interference. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Service infrastructure, or that interferes with or disrupts the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service for other users. This includes denial-of-service attacks, automated scraping, or excessive API calls.
- Unauthorised automation. Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any automated means to access, extract, or interact with the Service without our prior written consent.
- Credential sharing. Share your login credentials with any person outside your organisation, or allow more Authorised Users to access the Service than permitted under your Subscription.
- Reselling. Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties as a standalone product or service, without our prior written consent.
- Competing use. Use the Service to build, develop, support, or benchmark a competing product or service.

- Export violations. Use the Service in violation of any applicable export control laws, sanctions, or embargoes.
3. Aviation Safety Obligations
Given the safety-critical nature of aviation, you must:
- Not rely solely on the Service for any safety-critical operational decision. The Service is a decision-support tool and must not be used as a substitute for qualified professional judgment, regulatory compliance, or certified aviation systems.
- Independently verify all data, calculations, flight plans, maintenance records, crew scheduling outputs, and other information generated by the Service before acting on them.
- Ensure that your use of the Service complies at all times with applicable aviation regulations, including those of the relevant national aviation authority (e.g., CAA, FAA, EASA) and any applicable international standards.
- Immediately report to us any errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected behaviour in the Service that could affect aviation safety.
4. Your Content
You are solely responsible for all data and content you upload or input into the Service. You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any law or any third-party rights. We may remove any content that violates this AUP without notice.
5. Security Responsibilities
You must:
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account
- Not circumvent or disable any security features of the Service
6. Consequences of Breach
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached this AUP, we may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice and without liability:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service
- Remove or disable any content that violates this AUP
- Report your activities to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Take legal action against you for any losses, damages, or costs we incur as a result of your breach
A breach of this AUP is also a breach of our Terms and Conditions. All consequences set out in the Terms and Conditions apply.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this AUP, please report it to us immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service with at least thirty (30) days' notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
