Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all Subscriptions to the FlightStratix platform and services ("Service"). By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to FlightStratix are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rata reimbursements under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • You cancelling your Subscription before the end of a billing period
  • You failing to use the Service during a paid period
  • You being dissatisfied with the Service after purchase
  • Downgrading your Subscription plan mid-period
  • Technical issues or service interruptions, except as expressly required by applicable law
  • Changes to the Service's features or pricing
  • Your Account being suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy

2. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. In some jurisdictions, consumers may have a legal right to a cooling-off period or a refund in certain circumstances. If applicable law in your jurisdiction grants you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are not affected by this policy.

This policy applies in full to business customers. Business customers expressly waive any statutory cancellation or cooling-off rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your Subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your Account and navigating to the Billing or Subscription section
  • Contacting our support team at [email protected] with your cancellation request

We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your next billing date to ensure your cancellation is processed in time.

4. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your Subscription, your access to the Service terminates immediately upon cancellation. You will lose access to the platform, your data, and all features as soon as the cancellation is processed, regardless of how much time remains in your current billing period.

We strongly recommend that you export any data you wish to retain before cancelling. After cancellation, your data will be retained for thirty (30) days, after which it will be permanently deleted. We are not responsible for any data loss following cancellation.

5. Auto-Renewal

All Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged automatically using the payment method on file.

We will send a renewal reminder for annual Subscriptions at least fourteen (14) days before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to renew. Renewals are non-refundable.

6. Free Trials

If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged. Charges made after trial conversion are non-refundable.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. For monthly Subscriptions, price changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle with at least thirty (30) days' notice. For annual Subscriptions, price changes take effect at the next renewal with at least sixty (60) days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry the payment. You will have a grace period of seven (7) days to update your payment details. If payment is not received within the grace period, we may immediately suspend your access to the Service. Suspended accounts may be terminated if the outstanding payment is not resolved within a further fourteen (14) days. You remain liable for all outstanding amounts.

9. Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us are considered a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and recovery of all outstanding amounts including chargeback fees.

10. Service Discontinuation

In the event that FlightStratix discontinues the Service entirely, we will provide at least ninety (90) days' written notice. In such circumstances only, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any prepaid and unused portion of an annual Subscription. This is the only exception to our no-refund policy.
