Why Spreadsheets Are Killing Your Flight Operations (And What to Do About It)

I have spent enough time inside trip support companies and small charter operations to know this: almost all of them start with spreadsheets. Not because they want to, but because nobody told them there was another option that did not cost €2,000 a month and take three months to set up.
